Salary : $150,000 – $300,000 base, plus performance-based incentives

What You Will Do

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be the connective tissue across all core functions—investing, finance, LP relations, and operations. This role is a unique opportunity to bring clarity and structure to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include :

• Oversee and streamline fund operations, ensuring efficient processes across investing, LP relations, finance, and general operations.
• Manage the execution of investment processes, including capital calls, documentation, and portfolio company disbursements.
• Partner with leadership to align strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Build scalable processes and systems to ensure smooth coordination across internal teams and third-party stakeholders.
• Support organizational growth by contributing to hiring, team management, and operational excellence initiatives.
