Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic leader to serve as AECOM's Global Mining Market Sector Lead. This role involves spearheading all aspects of our global initiatives in the mining sector, focusing on permitting, mine infrastructure, and mining closure segments. You will collaborate with Business Line(s) leadership in Water and Environment to craft and implement strategies that position AECOM as a trusted advisor and innovator for mining clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Market Growth

• Collaborating with leadership across AECOM's Business Lines, define and execute AECOM's global growth strategy for the Mining Market Sector.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with global clients, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in emerging and established markets, aligning efforts with AECOM's strategic objectives.
• Drive initiatives to expand AECOM's presence in the mining sector, securing new projects and partnerships.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to inform proactive strategies for client engagement and sector growth.
• Anticipate geopolitical, ESG, and regulatory shifts, ensuring alignment with AECOM's strategic objectives.
