Senior Regional Manager, Dental Professional Sales-East Coast Region (U.S.)

The Senior Regional Manager (SRM) drives professional recommendation and delivers region sales growth in the dental channel through effective sales team management, coaching, and key account development. This role is responsible for team hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management, as well as developing and executing sales strategies for corporate clients.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details :

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $115,000 to $283,000 annually, plus company fleet / car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside within the East Region. This generally requires living within commuting distance to major East Coast cities including Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta and other East Coast locations excluding Florida.
