Job Responsibilities
Develop relay settings and protection philosophy for substationsReview panel design, wiring, and testing proceduresAnalyze protection and control design drawingsTroubleshoot and field test substation SCADA panelsDesign communication-related drawings for SCADA systemsQualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related engineering disciplinesExperience in SCADA system design, preferably in the renewable energy industryProficiency with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, DNP3.0, Ethernet / IP, and SEL Fast MessagingDemonstrated experience with networking devices and communication configurationProven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesPreferred Qualifications
