Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Social Science Methodologist to support a federal government client.

Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Description

  • Supports the development of new approaches for intelligence analysis, including analytic models that leverage both quantitative and qualitative techniques, as well as innovative visualization and dynamic content management approaches to enable more accurate, complete, objective, and anticipatory analysis.
  • Applies social science methodologies to develop, vet, and employ theories in analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of foreign governments, non-state actors, terrorist groups, and other threats; security policy and capabilities; leadership and elite dynamics; defense industrial production; civil and military resource allocation; threat finance networks; proliferation activities; drug trade; military programs and strategies; and intentions.

    • Requirements

    Desired experiences :

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least some recent within the last 2 years.

    • Desired Education :

  • Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited university, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of additional senior experience, totaling 17 years.

    • Security Clearance :

  • TS / SCI clearance required with CI POLY or the ability to obtain it.

    • Location :

  • MacDill AFB, Florida, with possible deployment.
