Construction / Interior Build-Out – $20+/hr (Temp-to-Hire)

Looking for steady construction work with a clear path to full-time employment? Integrity Trade Services (ITS) is hiring motivated workers for a manufacturing facility project in the South Whitley, Indiana area. This is a temporary position with strong potential to be hired on full-time based on performance.

Starting pay: $20/hr+ (more based on experience)
Full-time hours – 40 hrs/week
Overtime opportunities available

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your experience, you may work in one or more of the following areas:

• Installing drywall

• Installing dropped ceilings

• Receiving materials and supplies

• Final finish cleaning of commercial/manufacturing buildings

What We’re Looking For

• Construction or interior build-out experience preferred

• Ability to read a tape measure (required)

• Ability to read blueprints (a plus, not required)

• Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced jobsite environment

Payrate starting at: $20

Schedule/Shift Details
· Monday-Friday
· 6am - 2:30pm, with Overtime Possible

Qualifications
· Lifting up to 50 pounds
