Electrical Project Manager - Data Centers

What You'll Do

Manage schedule, budget, and change orders
Ensure code, safety, and quality compliance (NEC, OSHA, local Iowa regs)
Oversee field teams; maintain documentation (RFIs, shop drawings, as-builts, etc.)
Communicate progress & risks with stakeholders

What You Need

Degree in Electrical Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent experience

~5+ years managing electrical construction, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities

Strong knowledge of power distribution, UPS / generators, grounding, switchgear

Experience with utility coordination & commissioning

Good leadership, scheduling / cost tools experience, strong safety focus

Master Electrician or licensing in Iowa

PMP or similar

Experience with BIM / commissioning tools
