Office & Accounting Coordinator

Are you an organized detail-driven administrative professional who enjoys supporting both office operations and basic accounting tasks StaffBuffalo is excited to partner with a well-established organization in the Buffalo area to hire an Office & Accounting Coordinator paying $22$24 / hour. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment likes juggling a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly.

In this Office & Accounting Coordinator role youll support daily office operations greet guests assist with bookkeeping tasks maintain vendor and internal communication and help ensure processes stay accurate and efficient. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being the central point of contact staying organized and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

This is a full-time on-site position in the Buffalo area with opportunities to grow and expand responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and serve as a primary point of contact for staff visitors and vendor partners.
  • Maintain office supplies equipment and relationships with external vendors.
  • Assist with scheduling meeting coordination and company events.
  • Support document management including filing systems digital records and retention processes.

Accounting Support

  • Assist with payment tracking reconciliations and recordkeeping.
  • Support Accounts Payable tasks including reviewing statements and preparing documentation.
  • Assist with certified payroll requirements and payroll-related mailings.
  • Perform accurate Data Entry into the accounting system.
  • Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a communication link between departments vendors partners and internal staff.
  • Respond to phone calls emails and internal requests promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare correspondence reports and administrative documents as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Prior office experience required; experience supporting accounting functions preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
