• Required Certifications : BLS, State licensed
• Required Skills : Long Term Acute Care (LTAC), Skilled Nursing, Assist with feeding patient, Assist with turning and repositioning, Call lights, Electronic vital sign equipment, Oxygen tanks, Cleaning of equipment, Donning and removing PPE, Isolation Precautions, Proper waste disposal, Sharps disposal, Standard precautions, Eye Ointment, Eye Drops, Ear Medication / Drops, Nasal Spray, Nasal Drops, Oral Tablet / Capsule, Oral Liquid, Topical Creams, Topical Ointments, Measure / record drain output, Obtain Blood pressure, including orthostatic, Obtain patient Respirations, Obtain pulse (radial), Obtain Temperature (oral, rectal, axillary, Tympanic), Abnormal / Normal Vital sign parameters (Adult and Pedi), Aspiration precautions, Fluid restrictions, Lifting and pulling proper body mechanics, Limb restrictions, Normal Vital signs parameters (Adult and Pedi), NPO status, Patient Identification methods, Recognizing cardiac arrest, Recognizing patient needs, Rest / sleep / comfort preparation, Reporting change in patient condition, Blood pressure medications
