Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals to enhance performance outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align onboarding programs with business goals
Establish a center of excellence for onboarding and implement continuous improvement practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
2-3 years of people leadership experience
6-8 years of enablement experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Direct sales experience with a strong understanding of go-to-market motions
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end
