Monarch Investment has the opportunity of a lifetime for the right individual in the Charleston and Parkersburg, WV area. We are growing and looking for a Regional Property Manager to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be located in the Columbus, Ohio area and must possess a proven track record of successful property management experience and knowledge. The right candidate will be well versed in property maintenance, property marketing, and property budgets / finances. Candidates must have the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing, possess a strong supervisory and personnel management / organizational skills. Candidates must provide the ability to delegate and communicate property management methods along with the ability to problem-solve issues.

What We Offer :

• Pay up to $85,000.00 per year based on experience and qualifications
• PLUS $12,000.00 per year in bonus potential
