Registered Nurse Job Details

Location : Canton, Georgia 30115

Healthcare Setting : Ambulatory Surgery Center – Operating Room

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 22, 2026

Nursing Shift : 10-hour day shifts, 4 days / week (7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM)

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Estimated Weekly Pay : $2250 - $2310

Operating Room RN Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Active Georgia RN license or compact state Registered Nurse license

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

Ability to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) during contract

No local candidates within 50 miles of Canton, GA

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

Prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile environments, and assist during surgical procedures

Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery

Accurately document patient care and progress

Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory healthcare requirements
