Patent Paralegal

A company is looking for a Patent Paralegal to join their IP team in Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of U.S. and international patent matters, ensuring compliance with deadlines

Prepare and file U.S. patent applications, including national stage filings under 371

Mentor and provide training to less experienced paralegals and administrative staff

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Intellectual Property law focused on patent prosecution

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred

Strong knowledge of U.S. and international patent procedures

Experience with national stage filings under 371 preferred

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
