Join a well-supported,

hospital-employed urology team with immediate demand and abundant

volume in southwest Georgia. This growth-minded position offers

high surgical throughput, subspecialty flexibility, and generous

compensation. With robotic support and a collegial environment,

you’ll step into a practice set up for long-term success.

Practice Overview

You’ll join an established

team of Physicians and nurse practitioners

Nurse practitioner team includes 1 taking first call and 2

supporting clinic operations

Surgical support

includes 2 da Vinci robots and subspecialty case mix if desired

General urology is the priority; 20+ OR cases

per week are typical

Schedule

Standard setup : 2

days clinic / 3 days OR, with flexible options such as block

schedules or increased surgical volume

1 week

of call per month

Post-call days are off

to support work-life balance

Clinic volume

averages 15+ patients / day with full support staff and scribe access

Compensation &

Benefits

Base salary of

$625,000+ with competitive sign-on bonus

Lucrative RVU production bonuses

Relocation support up to $15,000, plus $7,000 annual CME allowance

27 days of PTO, full benefits, malpractice

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Open to residents, fellows, and experienced urologists

General urology required; subspecialty

interests welcomed

Visa sponsorship available
