ServiceNow Consultant

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Consultant (IRM Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

Implementing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow IRM module

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions

Conducting gap analyses and recommending platform enhancements for compliance needs

Required Qualifications

4+ years of overall ServiceNow platform experience

Strong implementation experience in at least one IRM sub-module

Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and integration with third-party tools

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer

Familiarity with IRM / GRC frameworks and compliance standards
