Student Achievement Partners (SAP) is an education nonprofit offering unmatched expertise on standards-aligned math and literacy instruction. At SAP, we believe providing joyful, asset-based, high-quality instruction is the key to preparing all students, especially historically marginalized Black and multilingual students, to thrive academically and lead choice-filled lives.

About the Consultant Pool

This is a pool posting intended to cultivate a high-quality pool of independent project management consultants. We aim to collect applications for individuals who want to be considered for future project-based openings. Submission to this pool does not guarantee an interview or offer of employment. Qualified candidates will be contacted if a position matching their skills and experience becomes available.

Key Project Responsibilities

Project Planning & Implementation

• Strategically design project scope, goals, and approach in partnership with the project lead and clients
• Develop and maintain comprehensive, detailed project plans in Asana (SAP's project management software), involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure feasibility of the plan
• Understand project status and proactively communicate potential risks to project leads
• In collaboration with the project lead and staff researchers, lead the planning and execution of action research activities to support reflection, learning, and accountability for impact
