The Senior Manager, Platform Enablement will design, develop and implement technical tools and platforms that enable AbbVie Patient Services and vendor partners, ensuring solutions align with strategic intent and operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Ensure external partner platform teams are aligned on business strategy and translate into tactical plans, seeking optimization opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Evolve business solutions and platforms to optimize enterprise capabilities and enhance overall patient experience.
- Build system monitoring and KPIs required to compare to SLAs and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Create relationships with strategic partners, building open communication, sharing expectations related to quality, integration efforts, support needs and delivery of QBRs.
- Accountable for vendor partner timelines, risk identification, systems budget planning, scope, and delivery.
- Partner with key business stakeholders to provide solutions to challenging business scenarios, establishing communication strategy for project status, progress and challenges.
- Prioritize team workloads and conduct impact assessments on integration efforts to ensure intended value and alignment with business strategy.
- Coordinate QBRs with vendors and internal teams to provide senior leadership with visibility to key metrics and functionality.
- Drive consistency in communication, documentation and quality control.
Qualifications
B.A. / B.S. in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.5+ years of experience leading platform operations teams and / or equivalent combination of platform operations and enterprise ecosystem development / support.5+ years of proven experience in enterprise / portfolio / program / project management.Experience across multiple patient services functions (patient engagement, access, hub operations, nursing service, marketing services, specialty pharmacy).Project Management Professional certification is a strong plus.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms. Preferred knowledge of MS Dynamics platform.Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with ability to distill complex requirements into business objectives.Strong problem-solving abilities in complex, compliance regulated department.Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and assure completion by due dates.Understanding of MDM, data integration and aggregation methodologies.AbbVie Competencies
