Mantro Mobile Imaging delivers high-quality ultrasound and echocardiography services directly to patients in their homes, group homes, adult day programs, and skilled nursing facilities. Were seeking an experienced, professional mobile ultrasound technologist who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient care.

What Youll Do

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic exams in the field :

General Ultrasound : Abdominal, Renal, Pelvic, OB / GYN, Small Parts, MSK, Scrotal

  • Vascular : Carotid, Venous, Arterial
  • Echocardiograms : Preferred but not required
  • Travel throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas to complete exams
  • Coordinate directly with Mantros Intake team to schedule patient visits
  • Upload studies promptly to support timely report turnaround
  • Communicate with providers as needed to clarify orders or report urgent findings
  • Provide compassionate, professional care to every patient

    • What Youll Need

  • Valid California Ultrasound License
  • ARDMS, RDMS, RDCS, RCS, RVT, or CCI credentials
  • 12+ years of scanning experience
  • Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
  • Confidence working independently in a mobile / field-based setting

    • About the Role

  • Position Type : 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Compensation : Paid per completed exam
  • Scheduling : You coordinate directly with Intake to schedule patient exams
  • Billing : MMI handles all billing and provider communications
  • Transportation : Contractors use their own vehicles

    • Travel time and mileage are not reimbursed but may be tax-deductible
