Purchasing Agent

Description :

Works alongside purchasing team to support our internal business partners. Manages the purchase order through all stages (creation, change, tracking, receipt, invoicing and PO closure). Runs reports to help with year-end cleanup and high volume. Works closely with Procurement personnel and internal teams to support purchase order lifecycle. Verifies and validates that requested purchases are in alignment with standard purchasing practices. Exhibits excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills. Performs other duties as assigned / required. Position is on Non-Inventory purchasing team Required : Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Experience : Procurement / Purchasing or Accounts Payable Experience, SAP, Ariba Systems, MS office, and Excel
