The City of Menahga is seeking a responsible and attentive individual to fill the position of Lifeguard at Spirit Lake. The primary duty of the Lifeguard is to ensure the safety of all patrons at the swimming area by enforcing rules, responding to emergencies, and providing assistance as needed. This position requires strong swimming abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor the swimming area to ensure the safety of all patrons
• Enforce rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
• Assist patrons with any questions or concerns they may have
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on lifesaving techniques and procedures
