What success looks like in this role :

• Responsible for the strategic vendor relationship with ServiceNow which is integral to many key accounts and fundamental to a number of our tools and platforms.
• Able to support sales / pursuit to help ensure that we are able to leverage our strategic relationship to win deals.
• Ability to deal with operational issues in the implementation of contractual issues around the deployment of ServiceNow.
• Ability to set global technical standards to maintain the integrity of this platform within Unisys.
• Ability to lead a global team and support clients around the globe.
