The Company is seeking a Head of Machine Learning and AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of intelligent, human-centered solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's customers experience deep, lasting success, from the initial engagement through onboarding and ongoing use. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the AI and ML strategy, driving core AI model development, and overseeing the full ML project lifecycle. As a technical leader, the Head of Machine Learning and AI Engineering will mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering innovation and engineering excellence in areas such as natural language understanding, knowledge graph reasoning, and reinforcement learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI / ML, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models, and a proven track record of delivering AI solutions into real-world production environments. Applicants for the Head of Machine Learning and AI Engineer position at the company should have a Master's or Ph.D. in a related field, with a background that includes experience in advanced ML engineering roles at leading tech organizations. The role requires a leader with a strong programming skill set, including Python, and experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Familiarity with distributed computing, big data, and cloud platforms is essential. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a hands-on, get-stuff-done mindset, and a passion for applying research to solve concrete problems. Early-stage startup experience is highly preferred, and the candidate should be a Citizen or Green Card Holder, as the company is not able to sponsor at this time.
