We are growing and have a great opportunity for an Enhancement Foreman to join our team in Casselberry, FL.

We are growing and have a great opportunity for an Enhancement Foreman to join our team. This role will lead teams of landscape crews while supervising the day-to-day operations of our clients' needs.

What You Will Do :

• Coordinate : Organize job sites, schedule work, and assign tasks to crew members
• Supervise : Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations
• Train : Teach crew members about landscaping techniques and safety
• Maintain : Ensure that landscaping projects are of high quality
• Ensure safety : Follow safety and security protocols and ensure a safe work environment
• Troubleshoot : Identify and fix problems with grounds maintenance
• Manage equipment : Ensure that the right tools and equipment are available
• Manage budget : Organize and track budget data
• Perform hands-on work : Plant, mow, prune, weed, and perform other landscaping tasks
