Head of Data

A company is looking for a Head of Data to lead its data science and engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and refine machine learning models to identify high-risk members for musculoskeletal interventions

Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Serve as a technical expert in client engagements, translating complex data concepts for non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering

2+ years of experience managing technical teams

Expertise in healthcare data, particularly medical and pharmacy claims data

Proficiency in Python and modern data science tools

Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines
