We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This role inolves the installation, maintenance, and reapir of our outdoor structures such as sheds, garages, and gazebos at customer homes and sales locations. This is a part-time, project-based role ideal for an experienced professional with a background in construction, renovation, or remodeling.

The contractor must operate as an LLC and carry active liability insurance. All tools, equipment, and transportation must be supplied by the contractor.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Install and maintain outdoor structures at customers' sites and sales locations
• Perform a vareity of repairs, including carpentry, roofing, and painting, and minor electrical work
• Perform demolition of existing structures
• Read and interpret work orders, service tickets, floor plans, and other job-related documents.
• Safely transport materials using personal vehicle and trailer
• Provide professional, courteous communication to customers and address service requests and concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work site
• Transport materials between locations when necessary
