Job description

Credit & Cash Application Supervisor

The Credit & Cash Application Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the AP / AR Credit Manager by supervising the Vietnam Cash Application and Credit Teams. This role requires a passion for Accounts Receivable and Cash Application management with strong attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the high standards associated with the ZWILLING brand.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Manage the day-to-day cash application / receivables management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the U.S. Credit Team, Customer Service, and Sales in relation to the ZJAH retail accounts
  • Ensure account management quality standards align with internal / external customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Analyze performance metrics and present actionable insights by continuous review of cash application methods and continuous analysis of account invoice and deduction aging with the goal of improving and aligning workflow to increase productivity and financial results
  • Continuous review of the Vietnam Support Team to identify star performers and leverage skill set to job requirements and set responsibilities and annual goals.

Qualifications include :

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting / finance or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable / Cash Application
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office / SAP
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment

    • Preferred qualifications include :

  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or luxury / lifestyle brands
  • Multilingual skills or international business experience
  • Passion for cooking, culinary arts, or home / lifestyle products

    • Base Salary Range- $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Base Salary Contingent upon experience
