Sr. Telecom Drafter

Mountain Ltd. is looking for a Senior Drafter who’s ready to put their AutoCAD drafting skills to work on projects that connect communities and power the future of broadband and utilities. Responsibilities : Create construction documents, maps, staking sheets, schematics, permits, and service order drawings. Maintain and update CAD records with accurate data attributes. Support both pre- and post-construction drafting functions. Collaborate with engineers, permitting teams, and project managers to deliver accurate, timely designs. Qualifications : We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with deadlines. The ideal candidate brings both technical skills and industry knowledge. Associate’s degree in Geography, Drafting, Engineering, or equivalent work experience (2+ years). AutoCAD proficiency required. Telecom or utility permitting drafting experience required. Familiarity with construction records, mapping software, and relational databases.
