Location : On-site in Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Salary : $39,000 - $42,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Sales Support Representative) :

Open parcel packages and transfer items to appropriate sorting bins

Identify tools using item numbers, markings, or reference materials (paper / online catalogs)

Review warranty claims and issue or deny credit to distributors by accurately coding claims in the computer system

Prepare, pack, and ship items denied for credit back to distributors

Sort and organize like items for return to the supply base

Move items to the quarantine area and assist with loading materials for transport to the scrap facility

Qualifications (Sales Support Representative) :

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to identify items and follow catalog references accurately

Basic computer skills for processing claims and documentation

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to lift, move, and handle items safely as needed

The Warranty Returns Associate role is fully onsite in Cuyahoga Falls, OH with a salary range of $35,000 - $42,000 depending on experience.
