Part Time Before and Afterschool Program Manager - Encinitas School District

Right At School works to develop in children the traits that are not only important during their youth, but which will lend to their lifelong success! These traits are embedded in our curriculum, our instructional methods, and our positive guidance approach! Our Program Managers focus on helping children develop social-emotional skills, character, positive identity, persistence, belief in oneself, internal motivation all within an afterschool community that respects diversity, includes children and families of different needs and backgrounds, and celebrates each child’s uniqueness!

Pay Range : Between $25-$28 / hour (dependent on education, experience and interview process)

Schedule : ;

• This is a split shift position
• Hours are approx. between 6 : 30a-8 : 30am & 1 : 50pm-6 : 00pm. (Fridays 12 : 50pm due to early release)

As a Program Manager, you will :

or obtain an AA degree

or

higher or pass a formal District academic assessment test.
