Position Requirements
3-5 years previous leadership experience requiredTrench Shoring Experience preferredPrevious sales experience is preferred but not requiredAdvanced communication skills, both verbally and written, in EnglishBilingual a plusAdvanced customer relations and problem-solving skillsIntermediate typing and computer skills – specifically with Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skillsCollaboratively work with branch employees and management to achieve business sales and efficiency goalsWhat you have enjoyed doing
Review daily, weekly and monthly reports with Branch Manager to monitor branch performance and develop action plans to address deficienciesMonitor fleet performance and prepare equipment requisitions for additional equipmentActively manage and monitor employee overtimeParticipate in interview and hiring of employeesParticipate in training development of a dedicated workforce and provide opportunities for career growth; provide immediate coaching and guidance as it relates to performanceParticipate in employee job performance reviews and develop action plans for continual training and developmentPromote a teamwork-oriented environment to provide exceptional customer serviceDevelop and empower all employees to make sound decisionsCommunicate with sales on leads and customer feedback to ensure exceptional customer serviceParticipate in monitoring and use of training assessment tools to ensure exceptional customer service skills of inside salespeopleAssist the counter or dispatch during peak timesApproximately 20% of time may involve pick up, repairs and pre-job work outside of the branch as neededOther duties as neededInterested?
