Receiving Clerk

Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description:

Responsible for overseeing receipt of incoming material, parts, and products.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies
• Handle all aspects of receiving, storage and distribution of all items received from suppliers.
• Manage all important documents such as travelers, bills of lading, etc.
• Visual Inspect parts for FOD, check certs and verify serial numbers of completed orders if required.
• Supports the Quality inspection process; records and checks quantity and quality of goods received.
• Investigate and resolve Receiving related issues.
• Maintain records for all inbound receipts per documented processes as well as non-conforming product, purchase order, or damaged shipments.
• Work within and promote established safety and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationship with peers, supervisor, and other staff.
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to perform detail-oriented work, attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Moderate to advanced computer knowledge with MS Office applications
