Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a heart for helping others? Are you passionate about making a real impact in the lives of those on the path to recovery?

Granite Recovery Center is seeking skilled and compassionate nurses who are ready to join our dedicated medical team in providing care, support, and hope to individuals battling substance use disorders.

What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care in a residential recovery setting

Support patients through medical detox and stabilization

Monitor for signs of withdrawal and provide appropriate interventions

Collaborate with medical and clinical teams on treatment plans

Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation

Offer emotional support and help individuals regain control of their health

We're Looking For

A current RN or LPN license (New Hampshire)

A compassionate, patient-focused attitude

Interest or experience in substance abuse recovery preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
