We are looking for an experienced and proactive Web Developer to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a Contract-to-permanent position where you will have the opportunity to lead and shape an exciting new project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify development and technical leadership, with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of Shopify-based web platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end setup and execution of new web projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical and business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure successful delivery of milestones.
• Integrate and manage middleware solutions where necessary.
• Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce APIs and platforms.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement within the web development process.
• Maintain and optimize existing systems to ensure high performance.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in web development, including leading teams.
• Proficiency in Shopify development and technical project management.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and front-end development principles.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and platform integration.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze technical requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin.
• Demonstrated experience with middleware integration is a plus.
