Please note that US Citizenship is Required for this position. Also, we are currently in Overland Park, KS, but are moving to a new / larger facility in Olathe, KS within 3-6 months.

Current Shift : Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, moving to split shifts in 2026- 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.

We are looking for a Testing & Validation Technician to perform functional testing and verification of Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs). The position ensures that machines meet all electrical, electronic, and software requirements before installation and deployment.

Responsibilities :

Conduct electrical and electronic testing of TVMs.

Read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly diagrams.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

Configure and verify software systems and communications (Windows / Linux, networks, peripherals).

Complete test reports, validation results, and support integration improvements.

Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure quality standards.

Requirements :

Associate Degree in Electrical, Electronics or similar (preferred).

Experience in testing, validation, or maintenance of electronic equipment.

Basic knowledge of electricity and electronics.

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows / Linux) and communication networks.

Skilled in using measurement and diagnostic tools.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred : Has a valid passport, ability to travel internationally (to Spain) for ~3-4 weeks for initial training
