Salary Range : [$20.00-$22.00]

Employment Type : Full-Time 3rd Shift 11 : 00pm-7 : 20am

Introduction

MS Companies is seeking a highly motivated Quality Supervisor to lead a team of inspectors, maintain customer satisfaction, and leverage our proprietary technology to ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams in a manufacturing or light industrial environment, excellent communication skills, and a disciplined approach to quality control and process improvement. Foam experience is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience leading or supervising a team of at least 5 employees in a manufacturing or light industrial environment
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach, counsel, and develop employees
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a disciplined approach to managing responsibilities
• Customer service and relationship management expertise
• Ability to stand for 10–12 hours and lift a minimum of 30 lbs
• Flexibility to work any shift as required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
