Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in court and before government agencies, presenting evidence and arguments

Prepare legal briefs, analyze case outcomes, and develop strategies for case presentation

Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and business transactions

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school

Minimum of 4 years of experience in family law practice

Strong experience in mediation, child support, and negotiation

Active membership in the state bar association

Proven track record of representing clients with integrity and professionalism
