No Weekends
Full-Time Option : 40 hour work-week, no weekends; Health Insurance + 401(k) with Employer Match
Part-Time Option : 20 - 30 hours per week, Ideal for rising students with flexibility to work on the following days Monday (7am - 12p), Tuesday (10am - 7pm), Thursday(10am - 7pm) & Friday (8am - 2pm) .

Responsibilities
Handle patient scheduling, appointments, multi-phone lineGather new patient data; keep track of all patient referralsDisseminate information to patients; act as a go-between for patients and physiciansSend and keep a log of all reports sent to doctorsCollect all payments; insurance verificationCollect / open mail; distribute mail to proper areas / peopleSend benefits paperwork to billing companiesHandle all scheduling and ensuing communicationAnswer phones, act as a patient liaison, answer any questions from potential or current patientsSchedule patients; coordinate evaluations, re-evaluations, appointment reminders and cancellationsCollect new patient intake information; track all clinic referralsFax reports to physicians; keep a log of incoming reportsVerify Insurance and track insurance-covered visits; take copaymentsCheck mail; keep track of Explanation of Benefits sent from mail and fax to billing companyCommunicate with the office manager and clinicians about scheduling / patient arrivalRequired Skills
