We are seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead development projects from concept to completion. This role provides the opportunity to work on impactful projects while guiding teams and delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities :

Manage civil engineering projects from planning through construction, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget goals are met.

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth and accountability.

Oversee design and permitting for land development and commercial site projects.

Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and project alignment.

Conduct technical reviews to ensure design quality, compliance, and constructability.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Minimum of 8 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development and commercial projects.

Proven success in leading project teams and managing multiple priorities.

Strong technical knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting processes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage both clients and internal staff.

Highly organized with the ability to drive projects to completion efficiently.
