Required Qualifications

  • Proven record managing $20B+ AUM in crypto, DeFi, or alternative markets
  • Mastery in algorithmic trading, XLT, and on-chain data analysis
  • Strategic vision with hands‑on technical fluency
  • Experience hiring and retaining top quant talent
