Hospice / Palliative Medicine Physician

Coverage Needed :

• Start Date : December 2025
• End Date : Ongoing
• Schedule : 8-hour day, Monday - Friday
• Full-time coverage, 4 weeks a month or less
• Call : 3 weeks telehealth on-call, 1 week in-person

Clinical Details :

Long-term care and nursing home care

Seeing patients post-hospital discharge

Occasional hospice patient care

Will accept physicians interested in palliative or hospice

Supervisory role overseeing NPs

7 nursing homes : 1 with 80 residents, 1 with 1 resident, others between 40 and 60 residents

Rounding and resident visits
