We are looking for a Commercial Construction Plumbing Foreman to work with and oversee numerous system parts and mechanisms. This individual is responsible for planning, laying out, participating in, and supervising plumbing work on our commercial job sites. Our designers and draftsmen provide detailed prints that our foremen use to get the work done on time and according to plan.

What You'll Need For The Job :
Preferred 5 years' experience as a foreman.Preferred 10 years' experience in the plumbing trade.Thorough knowledge of plumbing theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the tradePerform related work as assigned.What We're Looking For :
Work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure project objectives, goals, and timelines are metReading and understanding blueprints, drawings, and plans to understand the layout / direction of the jobMentor and train mechanics and trainees to build trust, teamwork, and moraleBuild and maintain strong relationships with GC's, personnel, and other subcontractorsCoordinate onsite manpower to perform efficient installsProvide accurate projections and outlooks of job site status and requirementsResponsible for onsite disciplinary action with adherence to Company policiesCommunicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure required material is on-siteManage field crews to ensure the quality of work and timely completion of assigned tasksIdentify and lead crews in efficient installation processesResponsible for keeping accurate logs and daily job site reports, as well as accurate weekly payroll reportingComplete jobs on time and within budgetHandle onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive mannerMaintains a clean and safe work environment with the proper use of tools and related equipment
