As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a talented attorney to join our team with a focus on corporate antitrust transactions. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of matters, including antitrust issues arising from complex healthcare transactions, like mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, network development, and other affiliations.

Qualifications :

• Active member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar (or eligible to waive in).
• 3+ years of experience in antitrust and corporate transactional experience.
• Experience in healthcare-related matters is a plus but not required.
• Strong academic credentials and professional references.
• A self-starter with a client-focused mindset and a passion for the practice of law.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-driven, high-performance culture.
