Strategic Initiatives Manager MSNBC

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail?oriented Strategic Initiatives Manager to support senior leadership in driving key business priorities, communications, and organizational initiatives.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that strategic objectives are executed effectively and that leadership meetings, presentations, and communications reflect the networks priorities and vision.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Strategic Partnership

• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership by ensuring alignment across key priorities, meetings, and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between leadership, direct reports, and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Prepare and brief executives ahead of high?stakes meetings, including biweekly leadership sessions and major stakeholder engagements.
• Develop meaningful and thoughtful meeting agendas and ensure all post?meeting follow?ups and deliverables are tracked, completed, and communicated.

Salary range : $110,000 $130,000 per year.
