Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialty pharmacy is seeking a dedicated pharmacology professional for a contract assignment in Bemidji, MN. This role involves performing critical Long Term Care pharmacist duties and requires a candidate who is mitted to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care within a retail setting.

Responsibilities :

• Manage medication dispensing and provide patient counseling in pliance with pharmacy regulations
• Perform Long Term Care pharmacy duties, including medication review and coordination with healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory management
• Support immunization programs and patient health initiatives as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy outes
