Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a Part-Time Clinician to join our dynamic team in Bloomington, IL, providing essential support to adults with substance use disorders. Responsibilities Conduct mental health, domestic violence, and substance use evaluations with clients and families. Maintain current and complete documentation in client’s electronic medical record. Collaborate with referral sources and internal teams to coordinate client services. Provide personalized recommendations and care plans. Maintain regular communication with client support systems such as probation officers, family members, and psychiatrists, etc. Testify in court when required to advocate for clients. Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings. When requested assist with training of new clinicians and interns. Uphold Chestnut's commitment to customer service excellence and confidentiality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field with five years of supervised mental health or substance use disorder experience OR Bachelor's degree with current Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) certification Must obtain CADC certification within two years of hire if not already certified. Valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and insurability The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $21.00 - $22.00 an hour.
