Base pay range

$40,000.00 / yr - $50,000.00 / yr

Software Unlimited is a long-standing, prosecutor-focused software company specializing in secure, powerful, and easy-to-use case management solutions for District and Commonwealth Attorneys. Our mission is to help prosecutors work smarter through innovative technology and dedicated customer support.

Position Overview

We are seeking a flexible, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Technical Support & Systems Specialist . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety — from assisting customers with software questions to maintaining internal servers and networks. The right candidate will be comfortable working directly with customers, supporting internal systems, and representing our company at conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers using our case management software via phone, email, and remote sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, networking, and system-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with in house and cloud servers and network maintenance, including updates, backups, and basic security management.
  • Participate in sales calls and product demonstrations of our software.
  • Attend industry conferences periodically to represent Software Unlimited's booth and interact with prospective customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in Windows environments, networking, and server administration
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally to non-technical users.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences or on-site client training.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT systems administration.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Storage, Hosted Servers, VPN concepts and web applications a plus.
