We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative engineer to join our team focused on dairy filling equipment and new product development. This role is critical to augmenting our offerings and maintaining our competitive edge in the dairy product filling industry. Key responsibilities include conducting experiments, analyzing data, creating prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating documentation, and ensuring products meet quality standards. We are looking for engineers with strong technical expertise, analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to apply new methods and technologies.
Responsibilities
Research and gather information, data, and samples to identify opportunities for innovation and understand existing technologies.
Design and develop new products, processes, and technologies.
Develop and test prototypes to validate new concepts and designs.
Conduct experiments and tests to ensure products meet performance criteria and quality standards.
Record research findings, design details, support documents, and testing protocols.
Collaborate with other engineers, management, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
Investigate and resolve product or process issues.
Ensure that designs and processes meet relevant industry regulatory compliance.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
5+ years of experience in an engineering role developing automated equipment.
Experience working in Solidworks.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and materials science.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with aseptic equipment.
5+ years of experience in developing mechanical equipment within the food processing industry, specifically dairy filling equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westerville, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $160000.00 / hr.
