Overview :

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for versioning and producing high-volume sales and marketing collateral that aligns with corporate tone, brand standards, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong design skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collateral Versioning & Production
• Adapt and version source materials to ensure consistency with corporate tone and culture.
• Produce a wide range of marketing assets including PowerPoint presentations, emails, toolkits, one-pagers, placemats, and flyers.
• Support a high-volume workflow, contributing to the delivery of ~200 pieces of collateral over a six-month period.
• Process Optimization
• Help improve team workflows and collaboration processes.
• Track design outcomes and contribute ideas to enhance creative performance and feedback loops.

The pay rate range for this role is $55-75 / hr.
