Location : Pasadena, CA

Duration : March 1 October 31 (may be option to extend)

Schedule : Full-time preferred

Shift : Monday Friday 8a-5p (one hour for lunch)

Call : none

Patient volume : approximately 18 ppd

Scope : All ages or adult only. Outpatient primary care

EMR : Epic (experienced required)

Affiliated Hospital : 800 beds, level I trauma center

Group / support : MA support

Requirements : Clean NPDB (non-negotiable), COVID Vaccinated (non-negotiable), Board certified, CA license and California DEA
