About the role :

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II based our of our Andover, MA location that will report to Manufacturing Engineer Manager. The Manufacturing Engineer II performs functions to develop, maintain, and specify manufacturing processes to manufacture the company product lines on an economic and efficient basis.

What you'll do :

• Maintain production equipment
• Identify and implement cost reductions through plant manufacturing operations
• Assist in the design of products to develop "Design for Manufacturing" parts and processes
• Analyze, review and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency using LEAN manufacturing techniques
• Recommend, justify, and implement the installation of new equipment and processes
• Prepare routings, process sheets, work instructions, and process drawings as required and establish feeds, speeds, cycle times and other operating parameters for all types of equipment
• Support Production personnel in trouble-shooting process and / or quality problems.
• Determine and establish overall manufacturing engineering requirements for items such as, but not limited, to machinery, equipment, tooling, manufacturing methods and processes, and routings
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Compensation : The compensation range for this U.S.-based position is $88,920 - $98,800 annually. This position is eligible to participate in the company incentive plan. The terms and conditions of the company incentive plan will be provided to plan participants on an annual basis. Our compensation range reflects our good faith estimate of what an ideal candidate can expect, but final agreed upon compensation will always be based on the individual candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related or market factors that may prove relevant during the hiring process.
